Sentos is a free end-to-end encrypted messenger for chats, voice and video calls. It runs in any modern browser, installs on your phone like an app and needs no phone number to sign up
A username and a password are enough. Messages, files and calls are encrypted on the sender’s device, so the server stores only ciphertext and can’t read your conversations
A message is sealed on your phone and opens only on the other person’s. In transit and on the server it looks like this — and there’s no key for it there
No text, no file names, not even whether you sent a photo or a voice note — just a length and a time
Search across chats and media runs there too — the server has nothing to hand over, even if asked

Call right from your browser. Voice goes direct, and where the direct path is blocked it goes through a relay — still encrypted
